MACCAHMA DHINA HARTIENDSPIN has been delegated in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Sea Transportation No. KP.410/DJPL/2021 concerning the granting of delegation to Port Business Entities (BUP) to commit pilotage services in mandatory area in Batam waters.
